Effective
This policy covers two groups: brands who contact or hire us, and the creators we cast for campaigns. It explains what we collect from each, what we do with it, and the choices you have.
Who we are
CreatorVanta is a trading name of Techno Hiker Pvt Ltd, a private limited company incorporated in India. You can reach us about anything in this policy through the contact page or by email at hello@creatorvanta.online.
Brands
- What you send in a campaign brief: your name, work email, brand website, brand type, budget range and message.
- For clients: contract, billing and approval records, and the reports we prepare.
Creators
- Contact details, public profile links, audience statistics you share with us, rates, and signed contracts.
- Proof that you are an adult. We record that age was verified and when; we do not keep copies of identity documents longer than the check requires.
We never ask brands for their customers' personal data, and we do not want it.
How we use it
To answer briefs, cast and contract creators, run and report on campaigns, pay creators, keep records the law requires, and protect this website from abuse. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Cookies
The site sets one short session cookie so the contact form can block forged submissions. There are no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
Sharing
With the creator or brand on the other side of a campaign, only as the work requires; with our hosting and email providers; and with authorities where the law requires it. We never name a brand as a client without written permission.
Where it is handled
Our team works from India and our providers operate in several countries, so your information may be processed outside the United States.
How long we keep it
- Briefs that do not lead to work: up to 12 months.
- Campaign files, contracts and creator payment records: for as long as tax and contract law require.
- Age verification records: a note that the check was done, kept for the life of the related contracts.
Your choices and California rights
You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop using it for a purpose you object to. If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you rights to know, delete, correct and limit use of sensitive information, and to be free from discrimination for using them. Other US states give similar rights. Send a request through the contact page or by email; we will confirm your identity and respond within the time the law allows.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, the effective date above will change first. Our terms of service cover the rest of our relationship with you.
