Effective
These terms apply to anyone who uses this website, sends CreatorVanta a campaign brief, or hires us. Sending a brief or signing a statement of work means you agree to them.
Who we are
CreatorVanta is a trading name of Techno Hiker Pvt Ltd, a private limited company incorporated in India. Each statement of work and invoice shows our full company details. Contact us at hello@creatorvanta.online.
What we do, and what we do not
We plan and manage creator, influencer and UGC campaigns. We do not produce explicit content, sell advertising inventory, or give legal or medical advice.
Campaign outlines
A campaign outline in reply to a brief is free and creates no obligation. Creator names and rates in an outline are estimates until a creator signs.
Fees, creator costs and payment
- Our monthly fees are listed in US dollars on the pricing page and confirmed in your statement of work.
- Creator fees, product seeding, and ad spend are separate costs. We pass them on at cost, itemized, with no markup.
- Flexible: continues each month until either party gives notice before the next month starts.
- Commitment: the lower fee applies for the full three, six or twelve months agreed.
- Our fee is invoiced monthly in advance. Creator costs are invoiced when creators are booked.
Your responsibilities as a brand
- Your product is lawful where it is sold and marketed.
- You can substantiate every product claim you approve, including any health claim.
- You approve content promptly and do not ask creators to hide paid relationships or pose as ordinary customers.
- You keep ownership of your ad accounts and are responsible for ads you run.
Our responsibilities
- We verify that every creator we book is an adult and has agreed to the brief in writing.
- We require clear disclosure of every paid or gifted post, in line with FTC guidance.
- We review content for disclosure, claims and platform rules before it goes to you for approval.
Platforms
Meta, TikTok and other platforms set and change their own rules and may reject or remove content. We plan for their published policies but cannot guarantee any post, ad or account will be approved, reach a certain audience, or stay live.
Usage rights
Usage rights for creator content are set in each creator agreement and apply only for the channels and periods stated there. Using content beyond those terms needs a new agreement with the creator.
Confidentiality
Your plans, results and our work for you are confidential. We never name you as a client without written permission. Personal information is handled under our privacy policy.
Liability
Our total liability under any engagement is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, platform decisions, or a creator's own acts outside the agreed work. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending an engagement
Either party may end an engagement with one month's written notice, or at once if the other seriously breaches these terms. Creator agreements already signed continue on their own terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes will be heard by the courts of India, unless your statement of work names a different forum. The version of these terms in force when you sign a statement of work applies to that engagement.
